Rental of the MCC Hall is an amenity service supplied by mcc to community members based on availability and adherence to the rental guidelines.
The hall rental time shall not exceed twelve (12) hours. The hall can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Hall rental costs $700 (the renter is responsible for cleaning the hall, kitchen, hall entry, and bathrooms). If cleaning is not completed effectively or per the renter's request, an additional $150 will be charged for hiring an outside dedicated cleaning firm to clean the hall, kitchen, bathrooms, and so on. A $250 refundable damage deposit is required. Optional setup services for chairs, tables, and stage are available for an additional $300. For a full understanding of post-rental requirements, see the post-rental checklist at the bottom of the form.
Reservations will not be accepted unless a signed application and checks are received, confirmed, and approved by the MCC Hall coordinator. Once approved, this rental application will serve as the rental agreement.
The hall rental is for the sole use of the approved tenant. Rentals cannot be transferred or subleased under any circumstances. The renter is responsible for any damage or misuse of the facility during the rental time.
